As part of the University’s P3 arrangement, a new Welcome Center was configured in the Euclid Commons Housing complex.  The goal was to house the center in the new housing community to showcase housing options and continue the CSU brand into the spaces.

The CSU Welcome Center is part of the 600 bed Euclid Commons Student Housing facility. The facility houses the recruiting offices, admission office suites, student call center and meeting rooms. The Center acknowledges its history with a Heritage Wall featuring decades-old letter jackets, yearbooks and a basketball uniform. It is the starting point for campus tours, introductory sessions to acquaint prospective students with what CSU offers and admissions counselors who can offer one-on-one advice.

The new CSU Welcome Center has provided an energetic and approachable space for prospective students and their parents.  The flow of the space taking visitors through the lobby into the orientation room and then down a serpentine corridor adorned with CSU branding and memorabilia leading to counselor offices has received accolades from staff, faculty and visitors.
