CLIENT GOALS

Looking to improve revenues Holimont embarked on a feasibility study to analyze expansion of the ski areas amenities and housing.

SOLUTIONS

The study identified a $22-million dollar investment for expansion on the west end of the resort. A two phase ski-in/ski-out component will feature 93 premium residential properties and 72 condominiums at completion. 

Included is almost $10-million dollars of new amenities.  These include: a 26,000-GSF day-lodge; high-speed, detachable quad lift; improved learn-to-ski area, quad chair and two magic carpet lifts; lighted ski slope featuring a new park and pipe; and parking area for members and guests; Nordic Center and expanded cross-country, snowshoe, hiking and biking trails; and existing main chalet and HoliCenter improvements.

RESULTS

The feasibility study has provided the resort with a roadmap to improve the guest experience and provide additional housing.
