CLIENT GOALS

Marquette wished to expand their presence to better serve the Bank's Crawford County customers. The existing in-store retail location would be replaced with a new free-standing branch.

The branch desired to incorporate the Bank's current customer interaction approach, as deployed throughout the branch network. 

SOLUTIONS

WMF designed a new 3,600 GSF stand-alone retail branch.  The exterior was designed in concert with the existing design guidelines as established by the firm a decade ago.

The interior was designed to convey the look and feel of a home-like environment similar to the bank's other retail locations.  Spaces within included:

• Open concept lobby that included teller kiosks, for customer interaction
• New Accounts Office
• Transparent conference room
• Offices for the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager
• Staff break room
• Restrooms
• Four lane drive-thru

RESULTS

Project budget and schedule were met with an opening in April of 2018.
