Clete Miller

Clete is a Project Executive and Project Manager in the Cleveland office. He Co-leads our Higher-Education Market and Construction Management practice in Ohio and is actively involved in all aspects of the design and construction of various building types. Active in his community, Clete currently serves on the Bay Village Board of Zoning Appeals, is a former Trustee of the Bay Village Education Foundation, former member of the Bay Village Planning Commission and has performed public service as a City of Bay Village Councilman.

Clete is a no-nonsense guy that gets things done. He is a well-respected Project Manager, who routinely completes projects on budget and schedule. His track record is fueled by his tenacity and ability to communicate with all team members including his clients.

“Managing a design and construction project requires three things. One, an understanding of the design intent. Two, frequent and open communication with all team members. And three, the ability to identify potential problems before they arise. If you possess these three traits you can successfully deliver the Client's vision.”

Clete often spends his spare time as a member of a championship sailing crew. On pleasant weekends in the Summer you can often find him on Lake Erie somewhere. He also volunteers for Appalachia Service Project, making homes warmer, safer, drier for families in the Appalachia region.
