Construction is underway in Erie, PA

The Erie Downtown Development Corporation in the midst of construction work on the DeLuca building located along State Street. This project includes a redesign and improvement to four commercial spaces and 14 residential units. Scott Enterprises Hampton Inn & Suites features Oliver's rooftop bar and restaurant.

Marquette Savings Bank to Build Innovation Center

The Innovation center, created by Weber Murphy Fox, incorporates brick, cast stone, blue composite paneling and graphics on the second floor to create a look like nothing else to be found in Erie. Pete Sitter, vice president of marketing for Marquette states “It will have real modern Apple Store feel to it”.

Mercyhurst University's Hammermill Library Renovated to Accommodate Today's Student

Mercyhurst University's Hammermill Library was design to accommodate the following functions; Library, Information Technology, Tutoring Center, and Writing Center.  The project also added new services like a Coffee Bar while producing a positive visual and emotional response to all users.
