This multiple facility Retirement community was sponsored by one of Eries major Medical Centers and designed to appeal to mid to upscale clients.
The first phase of the project included 129 Independent Living apartments of various sizes and configurations and 34 Personal Care/Assisted Living units. Both of these components are connected but have separate entrances and separate common facilities.
Independent Living common facilities consist of a dining room, lounge spaces, library, exercise facility, small retail store, doctors office and beauty salon. The Assisted Living facility has Separate lounge spaces, a dining room, and activities rooms.
Weber Murphy Fox worked closely with the project developer to assure that the final design layout and details reflect a balancing of marketing concerns with sensitivity to gerontology issues. |
